Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s wonderful and quiet place with superbly friendly staff at all times. Have to say I loved warm breakfast. The location is central. You can relax at Smoky Mountain Brewery, located nearby.

The room is outstanding and the breakfast itself is nice hot. There is a great selection of facilities in the room such as : central heating, TV, and a hairdryer.

Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk were available in our a double room. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very amiable people at all times. The hotel's location was absolutely fabulous and best possible, short walk to the mountains, the centre of Gatlinburg and center. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from The Village Shops Shopping Mall.

Greatly enjoyed my clean room, it had central heating and multi-channel television. All in all it's fairly clean place, has exceptionally comfortable beds and the staff were affable people at all times.

Nice place with lovely employees at all times. Marvellous and amazing location, 4-6 minutes walking distance from an iconic observation tower. Walking distance to all stores and stores across the street.

We had a fantastic time at this charming Inn. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. The balcony offered a peaceful spot to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delicious spread. We highly recommend this Inn and will definitely return.

The hotel was centrally located short walk to all the attractions on the main drag as well as the center of the main strip. The breakfast was good hot, they make a lot of meals. The experience was nice and I would still consider staying here again.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very welcoming.
